In the second quarter of 2025, the top roguelike games on a unified platform in Germany demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, offers insights into these trends.

Hero Wars: Alliance Fantasy saw fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $314K in mid-June. The downloads initially increased, reaching over 21K in late April, before declining to approximately 8.8K by the end of June. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 80K and 92K throughout the quarter.

RAID: Shadow Legends experienced a peak in revenue at $303K in late April, with another significant increase to $280K at the end of June. Downloads remained steady, hovering around 4K to 5K weekly. Active users, however, showed a decline from around 58K at the beginning of the quarter to 30K by the end.

Top Heroes: Kingdom Saga displayed a noteworthy revenue spike to $247K in late May, with a consistent performance around $200K in subsequent weeks. Downloads decreased from 18K in April to about 4.7K by the end of June. Active users initially increased, reaching over 63K in late April, but then declined to approximately 28K by the quarter’s close.

Archero 2 showed a peak in revenue at $156K in late April. Weekly downloads were stable, ranging from 6.8K to 10.8K. Active users fluctuated, starting at 119K and ending at 91K, with a peak of 118K again in early June.

Diablo Immortal had a significant revenue increase in late June, reaching $139K. Downloads were relatively low, peaking at 2.3K in mid-May. Active users showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, ranging from 7K to 12K.
